BlackHawk Build Group was born from a vision of delivering ‘Building Excellence’ across a variety of Projects.

 

This includes working with our clients to form a team approach, which ensures ‘buy in’ from all involved. This extends to the Subcontractors we engage and guarantees everyone is working to deliver a successful project.

Andrew Lloyd (Director), has been around the Industry all his life, picking up the trade and tools from his father, he has learnt that efficiency is the key to delivering a great product. Andrew has worked in the Residential and Commercial sectors. Working his way up to Construction Manager in Wellington, where he oversaw the delivery of Projects of up to $15M. He has also owned and operated his own residential company, which won a Regional Master Builder Gold Award for homes $450K-$650K in 2013, before returning to the Commercial Sector where he managed Multiple Projects.  He has now returned to the Residential enviroment where he can best utilise his skills in delivering precisely what a client desires. He specialises in working with Clients through the Design and Build Process, Project Management and troubleshooting. Andrew has a passion for building Eco efficient homes that work for the Home owner as well as the Environment.

Garry Lloyd provides estimating back up, Garry has 45+ years in the industry. He has worked in the Commercial, Residential and Insurance areas. A former Manawatu local, he now resides in the Gold Coast. From there he provides inspiration on the latest trends from Australia and provides pricing back up to assist the crew here in Palmerston North.
